Space planning engagements map departments to floor plates using activity-based working principles. We produce test-fit options that respect structural cores, sprinkler zones, and daylight access.

Ergonomic Workstations

Meeting rooms are sized by occupancy, AV stack depth, and ventilation loads. We specify sound-absorbing wall treatments and door seals to achieve speech privacy targets.

Hybrid meeting equity is addressed through camera sight lines and microphone coverage maps. IT teams receive equipment location drawings aligned with our interior plans.

Acoustic Solutions

Open-plan noise is modelled using simplified STC and NRC targets appropriate for office typologies. We recommend ceiling baffles, desk screens, and phone booth placements with budget tiers.

Post-occupancy sound surveys can be commissioned three months after move-in. Results are compared against design assumptions and remedial options are priced.

Lighting Design Coordination

We coordinate with electrical engineers to achieve 500 lux on desks and lower ambient levels in circulation. Fixture selections favour glare control and maintenance access.

Daylight harvesting zones are marked for controls integration. Emergency lighting compliance is verified against Dutch NEN-EN standards before contractor handover.

Furniture Specification

Furniture specification packages list dimensions, finishes, warranties, and lead times without brand exclusivity. Procurement teams issue RFQs to three qualified vendors per category.

We review bids for technical compliance and total cost of ownership. Substitution requests are evaluated against ergonomic and fire-performance criteria.
