Studio Origins

Imprescorn was founded in 2016 by former facility strategists who left a multinational real-estate advisory. The name reflects our focus on impression quality: how a workplace feels on day one of occupation.

We remain a boutique studio of eleven planners, workplace psychologists, and specification writers. Growth has been deliberate to preserve partner-level involvement on every project.

Arnhem Presence

Our studio overlooks Jansplein, placing us minutes from Arnhem Centraal and the GelreDome business district. Clients visit for pin-up sessions and material mock-ups arranged with Dutch vendors.

We contribute to local employment initiatives by mentoring vocational students in technical drawing and workplace standards. Community partnerships do not influence commercial recommendations.

Values and Independence

We accept no manufacturer rebates and disclose any hospitality from suppliers in project files. Independence allows us to specify sit-stand frames from competing brands within a single floor plate.

Sustainability targets are treated as design constraints, not marketing overlays. We document embodied carbon estimates when clients request LCA-aligned reporting.

Team Composition

Project teams pair a lead planner with an acoustic specialist on engagements above four hundred square metres. Smaller assignments may run with a single consultant and remote review sessions.

All staff hold NFPA or ISO-aligned training in egress planning where relevant. Dutch language support is available for municipality submissions and contractor coordination.

Recognition

Imprescorn received a 2023 Gelderland Workplace Innovation citation for a judicial chambers refurbishment. Press coverage has appeared in Facility Management Netherlands and WorkPlace Insight.
