Meeting Rooms

Room Typology

We define huddle, standard, board, and divisible rooms with area targets derived from table sizes and chair envelopes. AV racks and credenza depths are included in early area checks.

Hybrid rooms receive dedicated camera walls and acoustic ceiling clouds. Phone booths are counted separately from formal meeting rooms in occupancy reports.

Layout Logic

Tables are oriented so remote participants face adequate lighting and minimal background noise. Door swings and sight lines are checked so late entrants do not cross camera frames.

Folding partitions in divisible rooms are specified with STC ratings and operational clearances. Storage for chairs and tables is planned when rooms combine for events.

Booking and Utilisation

We advise on room-to-seat ratios using industry benchmarks adjusted for your meeting culture data. Over-provisioned meeting space is flagged when utilisation studies show chronic vacancy.

Sensor placement guidance is provided for clients deploying occupancy analytics. We do not sell booking software; we align room counts with your selected platform capacity.

Finishes and Branding

Interior palettes favour low-glare surfaces and durable corner protection. Branding is applied through reversible film or modular slat systems rather than permanent murals.

Glazing to corridors uses manifestation bands at eye height for safety. Privacy film levels are matched to confidentiality requirements per room type.

Handover Checklist

Each room receives a data sheet listing capacity, AV intent, acoustic target, and furniture SKU groups. Contractors use these during snagging walks with our planners present on critical floors.

Defect lists are tracked until acoustic spot checks pass. Clients receive an as-built booklet for facilities onboarding.
