Imprescorn welcomes appointments at Jansplein 84, 6811 GD Arnhem. Reception hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 CET. Building access requires photo ID.

Parking is available at nearby Q-Park Korenmarkt. Cycling visitors may use the guarded bicycle storage in our building lobby.

New Business

New business enquiries should include project location, approximate area, and decision timeline. We prioritise fit-outs within the Netherlands and bordering EU regions.

RFP submissions are accepted via secure file transfer links. Hard-copy tenders are not required unless your procurement policy mandates them.

We do not participate in paid speaking slots tied to vendor exhibitions. Panel topics must allow independent viewpoints on specification.

Complaints

Service complaints are logged by the managing partner within three business days. Remediation plans are shared in writing with target completion dates.

Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation under Dutch law before litigation. Our standard terms specify Rotterdam venue for legal proceedings.
