Imprescorn B.V., Jansplein 84, 6811 GD Arnhem, Netherlands, is the data controller for personal data collected through imprescorn.wtf and project correspondence.

Data We Collect

We collect business contact details, project files, meeting notes, and website analytics with consent. Special category data is not sought unless legally required for accommodations.

Recruitment applicants submit CVs stored for twelve months unless hired. Client employee names in floor plans are minimised to role titles where possible.

Legal Bases

Processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interest in workplace consulting, and consent for marketing cookies. Public-sector clients may impose additional lawful bases in DPAs.

We maintain records of processing activities under Article 30 GDPR. Subprocessors are listed in client DPAs upon request.

Retention and Security

Project archives are retained seven years for warranty and liability purposes. Marketing contacts are deleted on unsubscribe or after twenty-four months of inactivity.

Files are stored on EU-hosted servers with encryption at rest. Access is role-based and logged. Breach notification follows seventy-two hour GDPR requirements.

Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Complaints may be filed with Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Automated decision-making is not used for client selection. Cookie preferences can be reset by clearing imprescorn_gdpr_choice in browser storage.
