Ergonomic Workstations
Assessment Framework
Ergonomic assessments combine anthropometric ranges for the actual user population with task analysis for screen-heavy versus paper-heavy roles. We document recommended reach zones and footrest requirements.
Findings are summarised in a workstation standard that applies across floors. Exceptions are logged with medical accommodation notes where privacy rules permit.
Sit-Stand Integration
Sit-stand desks are specified with minimum height ranges, anti-collision features, and weight ratings for dual monitors. Power and data drops are positioned to avoid cable strain at full extension.
Usage policies are drafted for clients who want to encourage movement without mandating standing intervals. Training cards are provided in Dutch and English.
Monitor and Input Devices
Monitor arms are selected for VESA compatibility, tilt stability, and desk-edge clamp clearance. Keyboard trays are specified only where desk depth cannot support neutral wrist postures.
Laptop docking solutions are mapped for hybrid workers who hot-desk. Peripheral standardisation reduces help-desk inventory and replacement costs.
Seating Specification
Chairs are specified with adjustable lumbar, seat depth, and armrest height. Fabric grades are chosen for durability ratings appropriate to daily occupancy hours.
Trial chairs are staged for union or works-council review when required. We maintain a neutral comparison matrix without brand favouritism.
Wellness Boundaries
We address physical ergonomics only—not clinical wellness programmes or medical treatment. Referrals to occupational health providers are outside our scope but noted in accommodation workflows.
Breakout seating and micro-pause zones are planned to complement desk ergonomics. These are furnished for short intervals, not as primary workstations.
