Day Rates

Senior workplace planner day rate: EUR 1,150 excluding VAT. Associate planner day rate: EUR 850 excluding VAT. Acoustic specialist day rate: EUR 950 excluding VAT.

Travel within Gelderland is included. Travel beyond fifty kilometres from Arnhem is billed at EUR 0.45 per kilometre plus time at half-day increments.

Fixed Fee Packages

Small office test-fit (single floor to 800 sqm): EUR 4,800 to EUR 7,200. Full floor design development with furniture spec: EUR 18,500 to EUR 32,000 depending on complexity.

Multi-floor programmes receive volume discounts of eight to fifteen percent when phases are committed in one contract. Public-sector clients receive itemised breakdowns for audit.

Optional Modules

Post-occupancy acoustic survey: EUR 2,400. Move management planning document: EUR 3,100. Sustainability summary report: EUR 1,750.

Site attendance during fit-out beyond five days: EUR 850 per day. Additional languages for documentation: quoted per word count.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within thirty days of issue. Projects above EUR 25,000 may be staged: thirty percent at appointment, forty percent at tender issue, thirty percent at practical completion.

Late payment interest follows Dutch statutory rates. We do not commence specification tender until discovery invoices are settled unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

Exclusions

Architectural structural changes, MEP engineering, and IT procurement are excluded. Legal review of leases and permits remains with client counsel.

Furniture purchase costs are paid directly by clients to vendors. Our fees cover specification and bid evaluation only unless implementation support is added.
